- All of our products have a 30 days warranty.
- During the warranty period, there is no charge.
- In the case of paying for the product / canceling the order, the company assumes that the purchaser has checked the product details in this order form. The company refuses to refund the product price in all cases.

- Woodwork, handicrafts are products from nature. The actual size of the product may not match the purchase order or quotation. The actual size may be plus/minus about 1-2 cm. The product cannot be returned.
 

- We are pleased to inform our valued customers that we offer complimentary shipping within Bangkok and the surrounding areas. For custom orders, free shipping is extended nationwide.

- The delivery timeframe varies by location. Orders delivered within Bangkok and the surrounding areas will arrive within the same day or within 1-3 business days. For provinces outside this area, delivery is generally expected to take approximately 3-5 business days.

- Shipping charges are determined based on the size and weight of each item, as well as the actual distance to the delivery location.

- Additionally, we provide international shipping options via both air and sea freight.
